Most products have a 30 day refund providing they are unused, unworn. Sales or clearances do not have have a 30 day refund. Intimate wear items may not be returned under any circumstances. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been removed from their packaging, have tags removed, or have been worn, washed or torn.
All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA ). Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining a RMA. In order to obtain a RMA along with return instructions and the correct return address, please call 386-506-8101to obtain a RMA.
Once your return is received and processed we will issue a credit within 4 weeks to the credit card used to make the purchase in the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented , send your package via a prepaid, insured and traceable method.
We apologize if we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise. If this happens to be the case, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the merchandise. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for replacement merchandise. We will process replaced merchandise with the shipment method of the original order.
Customized items, products with cut label and products with lint, cannot be returned.
Clearance/Sale items can not be returned,but can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.
